(1)After using centrifugal casting process,the strength of the rolls was elevated largely,and the technical difficult problem of roll breaking off has been basically solved.

(2)The hardness drop of the roll body became less,and the working durability of the rolls increased obviously(3)The nodularizing degeneration problem of the nodular iron used as the material of the roll core has been solved,and strength of the roll core was elevated largely.

(4)After heat treating,the tensile strength of the roll was obviously increased that the working layer strength of the roll body increased by 26.6%,the strengths of top and bottom roll necks increased respectively by 8.08% and 9.08%,and the hardness drop of the working layer of the roll body decreased by 14.12%.

(5)After using centrifugal casting process to cast the roll,the raw metal charge consumption was reduced,and the qualified casting rate increased by 3.67%.
